Woodstock Georgia is becoming quite the Destination

Thinking about moving to Woodstock, Georgia? Woodstock is one of Georgia's Favorite Up and Coming Cities and in my opinion has the Best Features of Urban Suburban Living. Great Restaurants, Pubs, and Breweries are popping up everywhere Downtown Woodstock. The small town features a spacious Northside Hospital Cherokee Amphitheatre where  you can attend the Free Summer Concert Series. There is also a plan in place for a parking deck, boutique hotel and additional retail and restaurant space in the location where the old Morgan Ace Hardware building is located. This will certainly continue the process of turning the town into a destination location. The Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta are within 2.5 miles of Downtown Woodstock where you can enjoy shopping galore. I almost forgot to mention that the Downtown Woodstock area is now a Golf Cart Community. Registered golf carts are free to soar the streets in areas that are 25mph or less, which makes most of the Downtown area golf cart friendly. Woodstock also has a Greenway Trail System that runs throughout the heart of the City. This makes the town a relaxed walking atmosphere. The small town is easy to navigate by foot, so park your car and come enjoy the day and night in Downtown Woodstock. If you are in town for a few days, I recommend taking in an Atlanta Braves Game in their newest stadium located only 20 minutes from Woodstock. There are a number of restaurants next to the stadium in the Battery making it a fun atmosphere . You will have a blast even if you don't go into the game. Some restaurants will validate your parking if you park in one of the colored lots. As a second recommendation and if it's a nice day, I suggest you walk the Kennesaw mountain and take in the views and historical markers. With food, fun and relaxation, Woodstock is Your Destination.
